I have some work that needs to be done, but in all honesty, the job is very small. Can you still do it?
Yes, we can. We’ve come to people’s homes to hang a single picture, so we will certainly (and happily) do your small job.

I don’t live in downtown Bangkok. Do you service my area?
Our service areas are Bangkok and the surrounding area. Meaning Samutprakarn, Samutsakorn, Pratumthani, Nonthaburi and Nakhonprathom.

Ok, I need work done – how do I hire you?
You can either email us or call us at 086 889 9600 to set an appointment. We normally respond to all incoming email in a day (there are other phone numbers on our contact page.)

How quickly can you come over?
Normally it takes one to three days for small jobs (installing light fixtures, replacing faucet, or hanging pictures), and five to seven days for larger jobs (interior painting, repairing a ceiling, fixing leaks, etc.)

But I have an emergency – can you come sooner?
Yes, we give priority to emergencies. Just call us.

I live overseas, but keep a Bangkok home/apartment. Is it possible to arrange for work to be done in my Bangkok residence while I am away?
Absolutely. In fact, we do this all the time for business travelers. Some of our customers live in Europe, Scandinavia, America, or even in the Middle East. Just email or call us, and we can work out the details.

I need air conditioning work – can you do this?
Yes, we can. This is something our clients have asked for, and we’ve responded. If you have any AC problems, call us and we’ll handle them.

I might need larger work done, like a full remodel. Can you do that?
We DO handle this kind of request, but we don’t advertise it. This is because generally, we only do this kind of work for our existing clients.

How about things like electric?
Yes, we handle that as well.

Do you speak English?
Yes, our staff speak English. We can even communicate with third parties for you (for example, a place you are buying something from, and they want to know measurements – we can help you with that.)

What if the problem is larger than we first thought?
We’re well-equipped to handle that. If the “extra” work is minor, we may just do it for no charge (no promises – this is our decision). But oftentimes, people re-hire us because we’ve proven that we will go the extra mile.

How can I pay? Can I pay cash? 
We only accept bank transfers. Cash is not accepted.  

I need something done, but it’s a little strange, and I don’t even know how to put it into words?
Relax. Just give us a call – we’ve done all manner of odd jobs and strange requests. As long as its legal, nothing is too strange.
