I had a heavy blockage in my bathroom drain that happened in the evening. Service Genie contacted me first thing in the morning, responding to my request. They brought the necessary equipment to deal with the blocked bathroom drain. They were professional, efficient and got the job done within 20 minutes. This is my second time with Service Genie, and I am very happy with the quality of customer service and the plumbing service, itself. 5 stars!

Very responsive and professional team. After sending details of the work via line, the handyman arrived exactly on time and provided a great work! One of our lamp needed to be repaired and he took his time to understand the problem and to get a custom-made wooden piece to fix it. Very very reliable team. We highly recommend them!

Service Genie was professional, on time, and very responsive. I called in the morning and they came out shortly after that to clean all the aircons and made sure to point out some issues that I was not aware of whilst also providing advice.

I texted ServiceGenie on line because I needed a balcony window fixed. I was able to make an appointment early in the morning the next day. Workers were on time and got everything done fast and clean. The price was also fair. Will hire again for sure!

Definitely my go-to service for various jobs around the house. They're very flexible on jobs (I've asked for various tasks to be done - curtain rails, extra fencing, etc), and the price feels fair.
Most importantly the staff are nice, and very 'human'. They usually reply straight away on LINE app too, and ask for the right details and photos to be ready for the job.

I needed a handyman to hang three very large (10kg+) pictures high on a wall above a bed. The team responded very quickly asking detailed questions and gave a very reasonable quote. The handyman arrived exactly on time, was very experienced and the result was fantastic. The payment was also easy (via PromptPay) and I would recommend this service to anyone with a similar job. Thanks!
