Outstanding services! I was in Bangkok visiting my mother in early December. She has had issues with her water heater for the last 18+ months. We have replaced the unit a few times from HomePro but they never seem to work correctly (note: don’t replace water heater during Summer – water is already hot). I called Service Genie and they came out to troubleshoot the problems as well as replacing with a new unit. We found that the water flow was setup incorrectly! Most service techs in Bangkok seems to be very good at one thing (“installing”), unlike Service Genie techs who are trained to “think”. I have also asked Service Genie to install a new “warm water” machine in the hall bathroom and to extend an outlet in one of the bedrooms. They were able to accommodate my requests and met the deadline to complete before I had to return to the US. Overall, they are very flexible, responsive and deliver great outcomes.
